Hello and welcome to the Overfinch Rottweilers site, I am Leanne Howell. We are a small hobby kennel situated in East Yorkshire.I have always had an interest in all animals and owned many varying types of animals while growing up, including horses, cats and the normal guinea pigs, rabbits, goldfish etc.
As a child I was never allowed to own a dog as my mum has always had a phobia about them, which of course meant I wanted one more and more.

I have always loved rotties and dreamed of owning one, since moving out of my parents house a long time ago now I have owned a few different dogs, but my ever long love of rottweilers needed to be forfilled.

 Mona came to live with us from Stuart and Wendy Mitchell (Hootsmon) and Inca and Remus both came to us from Paul and Tracey Westgarth (Patragarth) we thank both breeders for allowing us one of their wonderful dogs, they have all grown into beautiful, loyal and loving members of our family.

Ours dogs live indoors with myself, my husband Chris, our two children and an assortment of family pets, we enjoy showing, obedience and agility which allows us to make new human and doggie friends. Our dogs all do the Kennel Club Good Citizen Scheme and are all well socialised.

We are members of various clubs and adhere to their codes of ethics, as well as promoting responsible ownership and the greatness of our breed.

Our dogs are all microchipped and DNA profiled.
